After making all changes in “Chat flow settings” click the “Publish” button and then you can click “Send a Test” on the right corner of the cat flow settings page, to check whether all are working well.

Then a pop-up appears; there, you can give your WhatsApp number to which test templates need to be sent and click the “Send” button.
